Cancellation Policy

Every appointment here at Encore Esthetics is thoughtfully reserved exclusively for you. If plans change, please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a 30% service fee. Reservation deposits are non-refundable but eligible for a one-time transfer with proper notice. Thank you for supporting my business and helping keep every guest’s experience seamless and special—because every guest deserves their moment in the spotlight. If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment time. Your service will be cancelled and will forfeit your deposit.
