Cancellation Policy

Every appointment here at Encore Esthetics is thoughtfully reserved exclusively for you. I do not allow same day cancellation or reschedules. Please give ample notice of cancellation or reschedule the day before your appointment. Late cancellations may incur a 30% service fee. Reservation deposits are non-refundable but eligible for a one-time transfer with proper notice. The spotlight waits for no one. To ensure every guest enjoys their full Encore experience, appointments begin promptly at their scheduled time. If you arrive late, your service may be adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time while the full service price will still apply. Arrivals too late (over 10 minutes) to comfortably complete the service may be considered a missed appointment, canceled and your deposit will be forfeited at the provider’s discretion.
